  • We offer a variety of Ukrainian  frozen foods including pelmeni, varenyky, crepes, cutlets, and more. Specific products like pelmeni and varenyky are sold in pre-packed 500g bags. Other products are sold according to weight. Detailed descriptions and pricing based on weight are available on our website.

3. Ordering Process

  • Browse our selection, add items to your cart, and submit your order with your contact details.
  • Choose between pickup from our store or delivery within West Yorkshire. Note: delivery charges apply.
  • You will receive an email to confirm the details of your order including final weights and total price.

4. Payment

  • Payments can be made via debit or credit card upon delivery or pickup.
  • Bank transfers are accepted for deliveries. Details for bank transfer payments will be provided upon order confirmation.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is available throughout West Yorkshire for a flat fee of £5 per order.
  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the absence of the recipient and inability to contact them by phone, the order will be returned, and an additional £5 delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch or pickup.
  • If not picked up within 5 days, orders will automatically be cancelled.
  • Refunds are issued only in cases of product issues. Please report any product concerns within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Personal information collected is used solely for processing your orders and communicating with you regarding your transactions.
