1. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to all addresses within West Yorkshire. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering to avoid any delays.

2. Delivery Charges

  • A flat local delivery in West Yorkshire fee of £5.00 is charged per order. This fee covers the costs associated with the safe and prompt delivery of your frozen food items.
  • Local orders over £100 have free delivery.

3. Delivery Schedule

  • Operating Days: Our delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. We strive to accommodate your schedule and ensure a smooth delivery process.
  • Order Processing: Orders placed by 12 noon are typically processed on the same day. This quick processing helps us ensure that your items are on their way to you without unnecessary delay.
  • Delivery Timing: After processing, delivery attempts are generally made within the next 1-2 business days. To ensure the delivery time is convenient for you, we will contact you to confirm and agree on a mutually suitable delivery date and time. This communication helps prevent any missed deliveries and ensures that you receive your order when expected.

4. Delivery Process

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order contents and expected delivery date.
  • On the day of delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you if necessary to ensure you are available to receive the delivery.
  • If you are not available to accept the delivery and we cannot contact you, we will attempt to leave it in a safe place if possible. If a safe place is not available, the order will be returned to our facility.

5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because there is no one to accept it and contact cannot be established, the order will be returned to our store. You will be notified, and a re-delivery can be arranged for an additional £5.00 delivery fee.
  • To avoid missed deliveries, please provide a contact number where you can be reached at the time of delivery.

6. Special Instructions

  • If you have specific delivery instructions, please provide them at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests regarding delivery.
